Grillheads PDF Print E-mail

Hi Doc,

My wife and I are scoping out Big Green Eggs now that it's tax return time. I like the looks of the large one, but at 140 pounds, it looks like it might be a pain to take on the road. Which do you travel with? Is the medium one versatile enough for most tasks? Any input is good input. Oh, buy the way, when will the new book be available, I'd like to buy one! Thanks!

Dann

Hi Dann,

Yes the medium has all the virtues of the large at about 100 pounds. I like it a lot but if it's mainly for home you should probably get the large. I travel with both all the time, but I'm an egghead. Be sure to get a plate setter and grill extender for full versatility. The new book started shipping today so look for it soon.
