We're Back! And we're Hot! That was this year's motto for bringing the show back to Albuquerque, New Mexico. Here is John Meister of Red Hot Tees, presenting the official show t-shirt.

More than 175 exhibitors offered well over 1000 hot and spicy products to a five-digit record attendance.

Below is a small selection of the many interesting booths and people. Enjoy!

Danger Men Cooking

For Danger Men Cooking, this was their first Fiery Foods & Barbecue Show. It's hard not to notice their great product branding, covering everything from sauce to aprons to Texas dinner bells.

An "oldie" at this show was "insane" Dave, who occasionally still slips into his trademark straightjacket. He showed a whole line of very sane gourmet products.

Also for the first time, Mark LaBocetta and his wife presented their tasty BadaBing BadaBoom hot sauce line (after the show, Mark got "BadaBing" tatooed on one hand, and "BadaBoom" on the other one.

Gord "Gordo" Hargreaves from Canada did a helluva job promoting his award-winning sauces and marinades.

With such a huge show, efficient
personal transportation is a must.
Shown here is Mike Cates of Meier
Ranch Foods, racing the aisles on his
Lone Star scooter. Watch the
speed limit, Mike!

Also from the Lone Star State
came the Texas Rib Rangers,
offering their BBQ sauces
and seasonings and
sporting cool hats.

Jim Campbell

The Return of "The Bread": Chileheads who visited earlier Fiery Foods Shows remembered that Jim Campbell's bread was, uhm, sort of hot. Those who tried it for the first time were in for a surprise (Hint #1: One of the ingredients was a good dose of Red Savina. Hint #2: in his "other job", he's a fireman, working in the hazardous material unit). Better zip them pants before Mr. Ed is leaving the barn, Jim!

What's more, Jim's "Mild to Wild Pepper & Herb Co." showed a hot sauce named "Unbearable", which lived up to its name. Jim offered some bread to cool down...
